A proposal for a project aimed at promoting collaboration and growth between the EU and Japanese animation businesses. We will discuss the possibilities for inter-company partnerships. We will welcome Javier Fernández from the Instituto Cervantes Tokyo, a Spanish government-run institution established to promote Spanish language and culture, to explore the future of animation business between Japan and Europe.
