Our film festival, which upholds a creator-first philosophy, is now turning its focus toward the discovery of emerging creators and the creation of works with global potential. With numerous guests from around the world participating in ANIAFF, the inaugural edition will feature the project market “ANIMART”, establishing a platform dedicated to generating new works and uncovering new talent.
Regarding the launch of ANIMART, General Producer Taro Maki stated, “This is a place of encounters designed to expand the limited investment opportunities available so far and to support sustainable production.”
Festival Director Shinichiro Inoue added, “For companies, it’s also a chance to invest in and support undiscovered masterpieces and hidden talents.”
Both expressed great expectations for the new possibilities that fresh talent will bring to the animation industry.
